I think it is the standard script in the contrib folder.

At this time I can not reboot the server however i will try to see if I can boot
the os interactively to see what is really happening.

this should allow you to see which service scripts (whether called
pbs_mom or not) are calling pbs_mom server. Cross-check with
installation scripts to confirm one instance of it and delete other
instance(s).
