[torqueusers] New 2.5.2 release candidate

I hope it this isn't getting too hard to keep up. But we have another 
snapshot for a 2.5.2 release candidate. This release has a fix for a 
problem where the job array "template" was not properly cleaning up on a 
restart of the server.

Thanks for all of the input. Please download this and let us know how it 
is working.
