[torqueusers] Memory requests

I am trying to find the documentation for it, but cannot.

When I request a certain amount of memory via my script (eg #PBS -l
ncpus=8,nodes=4,ppn=2,mem=1GB
). Is that allocated total for the job, total for a node, or total for a
process?
