[torqueusers] deadlock in torque p6

Garrick,

  Official 1.2.0p0 is finally released.  It contains patches for many
issues including those provided in 'bug 41 - mom deadlock', support for
recent AIX versions, fixes for the set_globid() bug, and much more.  An
official announcement will be made next week.

  Please let us know if you find any issues with this release.
