The best practice is to first create a bug with bugzilla at
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.clusterresources.com/bugzilla/">http://www.clusterresources.com/bugzilla/</a> and then attach the patch to
the bug.<br>

The patch is then reviewed and checked in by someone with checkin
privileges.<br>
