FWIW, that's not really advisable. Paths in RPM's should be FHS-compliant as
dictated by the macro settings in /usr/lib/rpm/macros. As I said previously,
RPM's are not a source build. They are managed by the system-level package
manager and should adhere to its settings.
So I disagree that the issue is moot. It's fine to generate torque.spec and
populate things like Name and Version, but paths should really be left up to
RPM.
