In fixing a problem with HA, I noticed that the code in mom_server
looked like it had started from a simple begining where there was only
one server possible.

Now that there can be multiple servers, it seemed to make sense to
aggregate the per server variables into a structure.

I think I have got this done in 2.3 trunk revision 2004.

It was harder than I thought it would be to do but I think it turned out
nice.  I hope you all like it.
