I've just had a user complain that if they put the -I flag
(for an interactive job) at the beginning of their options
their -l options for walltime and nodes are ignored, but
the -X option still results in the xauth cookie getting set.
If they put it at the end (or before the -X I think) it
works correctly.
I don't know how easy that is to fix, if it's trivial it'd
be nice to get it in so it's not position dependant.
If it's going to be hard then maybe it should be skipped.
Here's the qstat -f for the job in question, compare the
submit args to what resources the job is requesting..
