[Moabusers] pbsnodes

[Denver Smith]

Sometimes pbsnodes will list a job on a node, yet the state will still be 'free.' Checknode will list it as Idle and show no reservations, yet there are processes running on it. Why is that? Is it because the jobs didn't request all of the available processors?
