[Moabusers] System Message

On doing mdiag -v -S I received this message:

System Messages-------
Message[0] range overflow detected in MRLMerge (increase MMAX_RANGE >  
512)

What is at stake here; I assume I will have to recompile moab to  
accomplish this?

I am using 5.1.0p9

Help, insights would be appreciated.
