  I haven't noticed jobs blocked indefinitely, but I have wondered about 
the order of unblocking - it isn't anything that makes sense to me, but I 
never worried about it.  However, when you think you're seeing this, 
you're not crazy.  And I wouldn't mind an explanation, either.
