[Moabusers] Triggers on swapping

I want to use triggers to notify me of which job is causing a node to  
swap above some value.
torque has the swap data, which is then fed to moab, but I don't see  
how I can tell a trigger to say

when swap > 1gb
     mail brockp at umich.edu
     qstat -n1 | grep $NODE
end

I can script this outside moab, but check to see if this is able.
