[Moabusers] How to inform SLURM about Moab's ACCOUNT settings

On one of our systems we use SLURM+Moab. In case the user does
not set the account (-U or --account) in the sbatch command,
we can set it as an ACCOUNT default (ADEF) i Moab.

It works because SLURM informs Moab about the account setting
of the job.

We use the job completion logging of SLURM to keep record
of how many node hours each and every account has used.

But even if Moab sets the account, it does not tell SLURM
about the decision.

How can we get Moab to tell SLURM about which account is
chosen for the job?
