[Moabusers] Unable to run jobs thru the moab cluster manager v4.5.0

Hi,

I am new to using moab.  
We have a cluster on which I would initially like to run
a simple "/bin/date" job using the "mcm" gui.

The mcm is started using "ssh -X " which displays back
to my workstation.

After submitting the job I get a Results from Moab
Workload Manager window which contains the following "Output":

   ERROR: cannot migrate job to WIKI - child process timed out
    and was killed.

I turned on logging and noticed this ALERT:

  ALERT: cannot accept client on Wiki event socket

Our moab.cfg file contains:

   SCHEDCFG[base]          MODE=normal SERVER=hydra16:42559
   ADMINCFG[1]             USERS=root,root
   RMCFG[slurm]            TYPE=WIKI:SLURM AUTHTYPE=CHECKSUM
   RMCFG[base] TIMEOUT=60

Perhaps we are missing some maob.cfg params?

We are able to run jobs through the slurm srun cli.
The version of slurm we are using is 1.2.1.
