[Moabusers] node lock consumables

Although Moab will understand something like the following:
nyx801 UPDATETIME=1183740060 STATE=idle ARES=cplex:16 CRES=cplex:20
You will probably want to change the RESOURCETYPE from "LICENSE" to
"COMPUTE" on the corresponding RMCFG line. The reason for this is that
Moab will automatically share resources from a LICENSE type resource
manager with all nodes. In your case you do not want Moab to "share"
the license with other nodes, as it is locked specifically to "nyx801".
You will also need to add a NODECFG[nyx801] PARTITION=<par> line to the
moab.cfg to force the node back into the other partition with all the
other nodes, otherwise Moab will automatically put the node in its own
partition named after the resource manager.
Additions have been made to the docs to show support for "software".
