[Moabusers] Identity manager script question

Hi all,

We have a number of clusters that all contribute usage towards a member
institutions "fair share" of our resources.

In the past we've relied on very occasional seeding Moab's fairshare file with
data and then letting it run (see example data file below), but of course the
clusters diverge as some institutes prefer one architecture over another.

So after talking to the good folks from CR at SC'06 I started looking at the
Moab identity manager stuff about "Importing Credential Fairness Policies"
at:

http://www.clusterresources.com/products/mwm/docs/22.5idmanager.shtml#fairnesspolicies

and I can see that I can import fairshare targets, but how do I import
fairshare *usage* to it ?

Here's an example of a file that we currently seed with:

group deakin 6019140.00
group industry 59613600.00
group latrobe 256710360.00
group melbourne 539189400.00
group monash 1212697620.00
group rmit 244227540.00
group swinburne 126731700.00
group victoria 3480.00
group vpac 155433660.00
sched Moab 2600626500.00

cheers!
Chris
