[Moabusers] acl_group_enable in server configuration

Hello All,

Does acl_group_enable work in Torque server configuration? I see that  
it does work in queue configuration, but when I try

Qmgr: s s acl_group_enable=true
qmgr: Syntax error - cannot locate attribute
s s acl_group_enable=true
                      ^

Anyone knows?
