[Moabusers] How to route jobs based on a group?

Hello All,

Moab - 5.1.0
Torque - 2.1.8

I have several queues specified in Torque (with default, min and max  
walltimes) other than a default routing queue which routes to these  
other queues based on the job requirement for walltime. Also I have  
acl_group_enabled for all queues.

How do I route jobs to a specific queue based on the group of the  
user that submits the job? I am trying to accomplish this through  
JOBMATCHCFG, but I probably have it wrongly configured. Could someone  
help with this please?
