[Moabusers] Limit number of jobs of a group over a period of time ?

Hi folks,

I've been asked the following question, and I'm not sure it can be done in 
Moab at the moment (or at least I can't figure out how I could do it).

> Only N jobs in a queue per "user group" per 24 hours if there is a waiting
> queue for other user groups. 

In other words, something like:

GROUPCFG[groupname,queuename] MAXJOBSPERDAY = 30

Any ideas ?
