[Moabusers] Regarding FEEDBACKPROGRAM in Moab

Hi,

   We are using moab-5.1.0 version. We wanted to implement the
FEEDBACKPROGRAM which is available in moab. When i found the
documentation, it says to include the below line in moab.cfg:

FEEDBACKPROGRAM /opt/moab/tools/fb.pl

But was not able to find the fb.pl file in the tools directory. Please
help us in this regard as it is important to notify users of their
completed jobs.
