[Moabusers] Disabling showq's listing of blocked jobs

Hi folks,

Rather than have showq frighten users by showing them 300+ blocked jobs that 
aren't eligible to run each time they do "showq", is there a way to get showq 
to say instead:

341 blocked jobs  (use showq -b to list blocked jobs)

?
