[Moabusers] data staging

Brock,

There were a few distributions of Moab created several weeks ago that were missing these Perl 
libraries. Attached is a tarball containing these missing files. Simply extract the file in your 
$MOABHOMEDIR/tools directory. How long ago did you download and install Moab? This isn't a recent 
download, is it?

Let me know if you need any more assistance with configuring data-staging.
