[Moabusers] communication error ... cannot load packet size

They are the from the same shared directory that the rest of our AMD and 
Intel machines run from. I made sure to compile with the MBUILD_SKEY set 
correctly in the include file. (And similarly on the ppc64 installation 
which also works correctly.)
