[Moabusers] error: unknown attribute

I am Getting a problem while submitting a PBS job.

when i submit a job through msub command this line gets automatically added befor submiting to qsub. which evantually throws error. i.e unknown attribute.

#PBS -W x=SID:santosh;SJID:santosh.134;SRMJID:Moab.50

we are using PBS 7.1

can anybody tell, where from this 'x=' attribute coming.

If i remove that attribute and make it 

#PBS -W SID:santosh;SJID:santosh.134;SRMJID:Moab.50

job gets executed.
