[Moabusers] Class initiators

Currently this is supported through resource managers.  However, we are
adding functionality that will allow administrators to specify class
initiators on a per node basis inside the moab.cfg file.  When a class
initiator is specified inside the moab.cfg file then all class
information from the resource manager is ignored (moab.cfg overrides the
RM).

Does this sound like the behavior you want?
