[Moabusers] Error in job submission

Sandeep,

This appears to be a TORQUE issue rather than a Moab issue. PBS/qsub is
reporting an error. I would first check the permissions on the script
/tmp/qsub.jy2kX3 - are the permissions not allowing the copy to be
correctly copied? Also, have you checked your pbs_server and pbs_mom log
files yet? You may want to increase the loglevel and see what kind of
messages are being reported there. Please let us know what you find in
these log files, as it will help us better diagnose the problem.
