[Moabusers] Error in job submission

Hello moabusers,

I have recently download a patch and installed successfully. After that when i tried to submit a job i got this error:

ERROR:    cannot migrate job to PBS - qsub: could not create copy of script /tmp/qsub.jy2kX3

Can any one tell me where may be the problem..? I am totaly cluless over this problem.

Job is getting submitted through qsub command.
We are using Moab in P to P configuration.
