[Moabusers] creating exclusive reservation

Hi Lloyd,

Could you check to see if pbs_sched is running.  

$ps aux | grep pbs_sched

If it is kill it and try resubmitting your job.

Can you send me your moab.cfg and the output of mdiag -r <RESERVATION
NAME> -v Moab.33243 .  So in your case mdiag -r linpack_benchmark -v
Moab.33243.
