<div>We&#39;d like to set default priority for a submitted job, and allow the users in a group to set a different, **lower** priority for other jobs they submit.</div>

<div>On maui.cfg we&#39;ve set:</div>

<div>GROUPCFG[bio]&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MAXPROC=15,15 QLIST=hi:low QDEF=hi PRIORITY=900</div>

<div>So each submitted job get 900 as the default priority and that works fine.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>However, if a user in a job sets the priority with -p&nbsp; option, it seems that MAUI ignores it. The job still gets its default priority.</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>How should/can I do that?</div>
