[Mauiusers] qdel assumes FQDN - qsub does not

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to figure out a small quirk with my maui setup. We moved our
scheduler machine to a different system recently, and ever since the move,
all submitted jobs are identified by the jobID and the hostname, but if you
try to delete a job using just the job ID, qdel assumes the FQDN.

I'm using the same maui.cfg file as before, but this one setting seems to
have changed. Any thoughts?
