[Mauiusers] drain a node

Hi! Is there a way to instruct torque or maui to not send anymore jobs 
to a node? the intent is to let the node to finish the jobs and after 
that to shutdown for maintenance.
I cross-posting this to both torque and maui users because i dont know 
where to ask (i do have maui as cluster scheduler)
