The 'showstart' webpage at:

http://www.clusterresources.com/products/maui/docs/commands/showstart.shtml

says that:

"If no such reservation exists, this command will determine the 
earliest time a reservation would be created assuming this job was 
highest priority."

So the 'showstart' utility cannot be used to find out when a job will 
start based on its priority.
