[Mauiusers] Maui is not scheduling jobs based on torque queues priority

I installed torque and maui on a single system having
Linux on it. The node i added is the same system on
which torque and Maui is installed. I made three
queues with different priorities 1, 2 ,3.

The problem is when I run jobs for these queues it got
executed in the sequential manner i.e in the same
sequence in which i submit the jobs but not on the
basis of queues priority. The maui scheduler is not
selecting the job on the basis of queues priority.

I appreciate if someone can help me on this.
