[Mauiusers] maui not scheduling even with avaliable resources

At this time, I'm not able to reproduce the problem.

Till last Friday, this behaviour was constant and I was able to
reproduce it just adding/removing the "CLASSCFG[ifae] MAXPROC "... but
today, seems that Maui works as it's supposed to...

I have not modified maui.cfg in any way...

I'll come back with the output as soon as it happens again..
