Before activating the limit enforcements, I have tested with mem and
vmem limits, both work very well, except fot this restarting issue. You
have to set the limit enforcement in maui.cfg by
ENFORCERESOURCELIMITS ON
RESOURCELIMITPOLICY[0] MEM:ALWAYS:CANCEL
