[Mauiusers] New Maui 3.2.6p18

I can be totally wrong but after inspection of difference from p17 and
also trying provided by me patch:

*$> tar -xzf ../maui-3.2.6p18-snap.1164043341.tar.gz
$> cd maui-3.2.6p18
$> patch -p1 --dry-run < ../my_patch_usedefaultN.patch 
patching file src/moab/MPBSI.c

it seems that my patch wasn't included, although changelog has an entry
  - Implemented NODECFG[] MAXPROC[CLASS] patch from Yaroslav Halchenko

Sure I can be wrong and my patch wasn't included as-is but rather was
properly reworked but I could not spot the difference in difference file
from p16. Could you please double check? (I just don't want to
update maui if I don't have some assurance that it would work as desired
;-))
