[Mauiusers] jobs didn't leave Q state

Hi
I'm a newbie to the maui and torque world. i have a
problem and i hope that i can find a solution here.

I'm using 'qsub' to submit jobs but these jobs didn't
leave the Q state

could u help me please ?
