FREE one-year subscription license includes technical support and upgrade protection for: 

• Moab Workload Manager
• Moab Cluster Manager
• Moab Access Portal
• TORQUE Resource Manager

The above technologies will be supported in the first year; all other technologies will NOT be supported by Cluster Resources, Inc. (If you already have support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10, the remaining technologies would be supported, according to Novell's terms and conditions.)

Therefore, the following technologies will not be supported by Cluster Resources:

DNS; DHCP; NFS; PKEBootstrap; ATFTP; Apache; MPICH (message passing); Postfix (email notifications); Nagios (additional hardware monitoring); Firewall configurations).

NOTE: Upon completion of the first year, users will have the option of purchasing ongoing support. If this option of support continuation is declined, further support and upgrade protection will cease at the end of year one.
